To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 1 day prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother’s Day, Memorial Day, Father’s Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

We will be closed on the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and Labor Day

Delivery Policy

A local delivery fee of$8.99 will be added to each order, for each address.  (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.)

U.S. orders must be received before 2:00 PM in the recipient’s time zone to assure same-day delivery.  Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.  We make deliveries on Sunday by special advance notice - an extra charge does apply.  Deliveries requested on this day without advance notice will be delivered the following business day.  Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.

We will be happy to accept your international orders.  These request fall into the special order category and need advance notice of 3 to 7 days and there is an extra charge for this service.  Current phone number or email will be needed to confirm delivery charges and availability of delivery.  Please contact us for more information. hsflowers@clearwire.net or 541-826-2536

Substitution Policy

We try to maintain the look and feel of any chosen arrangements.  At times we will need to substitute a similar flower or similar color to in order to fill the order.  We will always use the designer insight to help us get as close to the photos as possible.  Seasonally some flowers are not available and so we use creativity and artistic talent to help us maintain the feeling you want to relation to your selections.  Please be assured if we need to substitute we always give at least 100 percent value.
